How To book an appointment
Make sure you are properly logged into the Zen appointment portal. This is what you should see.
In the email body, look for, and click the green button that says "Reply, Change or Cancel"
This will open your browser and bring you to the appointment details website
From this panel, you can:

Cancel: click the red button

Reschedule: click the send a message and suggest a new date

Chat: send me a direct message about this specific appointment
Change your Zen appointments
Find the Zen Grooming email confirmation in your email inbox
Select or open it

Add Zen appointments to your calendar

Find the Zen Grooming email confirmation in your email inbox

Select or open it

Look for the ICS file (special calendar file format). Click it and follow the instructions of your email software.
