How do I log into Zen's My account?

  1. In your favorite browser, go to www.zengrooming.ca

  2. At the top-right corner of the page, click on the “My Account” button; you'll be sent to the login page

  3. In "Email", enter the email address used in the Zen account email invitation

  4. In "Password", enter the default password found in the email invitation

  5. Press the black "Login" button

Q: What was the default password again?

Answer: you will find the default password in the Zen account email invitation we sent.

 

Q: I can't log in - I keep getting an error message?

Answer: The issue is either an incorrect email, the password or both.
 

Wrong email -
It is important that you use address from the invitation email we sent you. Double check and make sure you are using the same one

 

Email spelling -
Incorrect spelling is common. Copy and pasting sometimes causes issues by missing letters or including blank spaces.

 

Wrong password -
If you are certain you have not changed the password, then check the email invitation to your Zen account for the default password

Password spelling -
Make sure the password's spelling is correct

 

Don't have an account -
If you have never received a Zen account invitation email directly from Zen, you may not have an account. Accounts are manually created only by Zen and only once you have submitted your dog's registration form and have been accepted by Zen.

 

Changed the default password -
You may have changed the default password to a new password and are incorrectly using the new one. If you simply can't remember, follow the steps below on "How do I change my password?"

Q: How do I change my password?

Answer:

  1. In your favorite browser, go to www.zengrooming.ca

  2. At the top-right corner of the page, click on the “My Account” button; you'll be sent to the login page

  3. Below the black "Login" button, you will see the words "I forgot or want to change my password?". Hover your mouse over the words and click on the button. You will be sent to a new page.

  4. In the new page, enter your correct email address and click on the "Create password" button. You will receive an email with instructions on how to change your password. Remember to check your spam folder!

  5. In the body of the email, click on the navy blue button "Reset password". A page will open in your web browser

  6. Type in your new password, twice for match protection

  7. Click on the "Save New Password" button. You're done.

Q: I can't log in, can Zen Grooming reset my password for me?

Answer: No. Zen cannot reset your password and this is for maximum protection. You can easily change the password yourself! Just follow the steps above in "How do I change my password?".

 

Q: Can I change My Account email address?

Answer: Yes, but you will loose some non-critical data and this can only be done by Zen Grooming.

 

Q: How do I change My Account email address?

Answer: follow these steps

  1. Using your new email address, send a request for an email change to Zen Grooming

  2. For your protection, the email must be from the new address otherwise, it can be perceived as fraudulent

  3. For your protection, we will  reply to the email and ask you to confirm the request

  4. Once we receive your confirmation, we will make the change

  5. Once complete, we will send you an email

  6. Log into your account using your new email

  7. The hosting service we use will cause you to loose your account picture that you had replaced (of course if you did), so you will need to reload it. All else remains the same. You will not loose your dog(s) information.
